BCV’s Sweet 16 Cocktail Party

BCV Architects recently turned 16, and to celebrate threw a cocktail party featuring drinks infused or carbonated on the spot via careful hacking of soda siphons.

BCV  purchased two soda siphons, one for carbonating and one for infusing.  Using CO2 cartridges with one of the siphons and the desired ingredients created fizzy cocktails without the water, while NO2 cartridges (which generate a higher pressure than CO2),  enabled  infusions that normally would take weeks in just a matter of minutes.  Jesse used these to create lavender infused gin, ginger infused bourbon, and some very spicy vodka, among other things. Drinks and ingredients listed below, as well as photos from the party. Happy Birthday BCV!
