For those who would like to replicate BCV’s holiday party cocktail, this is brought to us by Jesse, pictured with said drink:
The Pig Dog:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1oz sweet vermouth
- 1oz bacon/brown sugar syrup
Mix and serve on the rocks. Drink.
Syrup:
- 1c sugar
- 1c water
- 1 c cooked, chopped bacon
Dissolve sugar in water in a small saucepan, add bacon and simmer. Strain and cool before use.
